Ask on WhatsApp
Will USCIS, a court or a university accept the translation?

We prepare it to meet 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3) for USCIS and 8 CFR § 1003.33 for immigration courts: a complete translation with a signed certificate of accuracy. The final decision belongs to the organization that receives it. If they flag an error on our part, we correct it free of charge, as a priority.

Do I need it notarized?

Only if the organization receiving it asks for it. USCIS does not require notarization for standard filings. When it is needed, a Florida notary public notarizes the whole order for $30, with a single signature.

The name on my certificate is different from my passport. What happens?

The translation reproduces the document exactly as it is, including the order of last names, missing accents or capital letters. We do not adjust it to match the passport, because an unexplained change raises more questions than a difference that is normal in your country.

How do I pay?

After we review the document and confirm the price, you pay by card through a Stripe invoice, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Zelle. We do not charge anything before you approve the quote.

Do you send printed copies?

The standard delivery is a digital PDF, which is what most online filings ask for. If the receiving organization needs a printed copy, tell us and we include it in the quote.

Do you translate other languages?

We translate only between Spanish and English. That focus is what lets Jorge sign every translation himself.

Send us your document, and we'll confirm the price before we start.

Fidelis is an independent translation service and is not affiliated with USCIS or any U.S. government agency.
