Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to translate a manual?

Your business's own content is quoted from 9 cents a word, depending on volume, subject matter, formatting and deadline. You get a formal quote before we start.

Does OSHA require the manual in Spanish?

Not in those words: it requires training to be understood. Which standards apply to your workplace is a question for OSHA or a safety professional.

Do I-9 documents need translating?

Generally no. Outside Puerto Rico you complete the English I-9, and the Spanish version works as a translation tool.
