Quotations & Estimates

Estimates and reference quotes are prepared based on initial project parameters and are subject to adjustment if scope, format, volume, or turnaround requirements change. Work begins only after scope, pricing, and timeline are mutually agreed upon.

Client Materials

The client must possess the legal right to share submitted materials and is responsible for verifying the specific translation requirements of the receiving authority or institution.

Scope of Service

A certified translation does not constitute legal, immigration, or medical advice. Receiving authorities maintain their own independent acceptance criteria.
